Victor+Kathryn

This was, by far, one of the most special weddings I have ever photographed. Kathryn is a long time family friend, my younger sisters childhood best friend, and when she asked me to come back to North Carolina to capture her big day I cried. And of course jumped on the opportunity! It was a beautiful May day in the Carolinas filled with love and lots of tears of joy.

Victor is Polish, and a sweet tradition was shared at the reception. The parents of the bride and groom greeting the newly married with bread, salt, and wine, a symbol of a happy and long life together.
