I love an "as is" portrait session, and by that I mean I love capturing YOU as YOU. I want you to wear your favorite jeans no matter how old they are. I want you to do your hair or NOT do your hair. You don't need the air brushed makeup, but if you want it then do it up! I love portrait sessions that don't feel like there are rules to them. I want sessions that people ask "you paid for that?" And not because the images are bad, but because it breaks the mold of what everyone assumes a portrait session will look like. This isn't your JC Penney's studio, these don't have to be the only good photos your mamma has of you for the year, and perfection is off the table! I want you to come and feel like yourself and leave with photos that represent you in your favorite kind of light, even if it isn't what grandma would call "the best"
