Though I have my own moody and fantastical aesthetic, your vision and message is most important to me and I am here to fulfill that need in the best way I can. In-Studio here in Fargo Minimum of 15 high-resolution fully edited images This package is perfect for headshots, small product launches, and social media content! This package comes with a commercial usage license allowing you to use the photos on your website and social media outlets. LEVEL UP - $850Upto 2 Hours
In-Studio or on location (If located outside of the F/M area, travel fee may be applied) Minimum of 25 high-resolution fully edited images This package is perfect for headshots, group photos, location photos, and social media content! This package comes with a commercial usage license allowing you to use the photos on your website and social media outlets. STYLIZED BRANDING- STARTING AT $62590 Minutes +
In-Studio or on location within the F/M area. Minimum of 20 high-resolution fully edited images This package is a unique experience for business owners! It goes beyond headshots and your standard business photos. This is where we explore your brands visual presence in a much more theatrical sense. This is where the moodboard becomes more than an aid, more than just an idea, but a full fledge campaign. This is where we create those images that make people stop and LOOK! Because of the nature of this sort of shoot, this is a bigger conversation than just a price guide, thus the "starting at". Additional fees may be applied. This package comes with a commercial usage license allowing you to use the photos on your website and social media outlets. Any magazines, publication, or merchandise will require additional permission from me and may include a fee. |

Some needs don't fit into a singular box, and though these packages work for many small brands and local outfits, it may not be exactly what you need! Please feel free to reach out and discuss your commercial photography needs so that we can go over half day or full day rates!
BOOKING
Upon filling our the intake form, you will receive a follow up email from me to reserve your date and secure your initial payment. Please be willing to offer a couple of available dates, especially if an outdoor session is preferred so that we have back up dates in mind! I do not typically book portrait sessions on the weekend, due to weddings and personal time, but am willing to be flexible if you are!
After that, we can discuss your session further regarding location and styling! I have a client closet, but it is limited, so please be prepared to provide your own wardrobe.
YOUR PHOTOS
Your high-resolution, fully edited images are delivered electronically through a private gallery for download and sharing. Prints and other products are available through your gallery. Turnaround may vary based on session type and busy season, with a standard being two weeks. If there will be a delay, this will be discussed prior to your session. Rush deliveries are available for an additional fee.
A nonrefundable retainer confirms your session, with the balance due on or before the day of your session by either cash, Venmo, Paypal or check. Upon paying your retainer, you will be sent an AGREEMENT, this is standard and must be signed prior to your session.
OWNERSHIP
I, Photography by Shannon Rae, retain full copyright of all of the images I take. I, through a written and signed agreement, may authorize your usage of the images. I am within my rights to limit your usage, and to charge accordingly to extend your usage. It is your responsibility to confirm the boundaries of your usage agreement prior to using the images. Usage outside of agreed upon terms may result in legal action.
CANCELATION
If scheduling changes occur, your retainer is valid for 6 month, but is nonrefundable.
I try to remain flexible, knowing life happens, and will attempt to reschedule you ASAP.
If a second rescheduling occurs, a new retainer will need to be paid and the session will be due in full upon rescheduling.
In the event of weather conditions that are out of our control- If the client has been contacted and advised to reschedule due to the photographer’s concerns about weather, and the client still proceeds with the session and it rains, limiting the time and or photos that were able to be taken, the client will be charged for an additional session at the photographer’s hourly rate to reschedule or shoot additional photos. Due to photography equipment, it is up to the photographer’s discretion if bad weather persists to cancel the session, during the session. If the client has been contacted and advised to reschedule due to the photographer’s concerns about weather, and the client decides to go ahead and reschedule, the client will not be charged to do so.
